Plus if the prompt has words like "DON'T" it won't work cause the AI is petty like that: it's better to word it like "avoid" "always do [thing]" With right prompts the excessive reigning of plot and your Persona's pov will be dealt with But it also could depend on your length of answers, especially if you're using JLLM.

You're better off just telling it in backstory that it is long-winded and loquacious to get more output, but doubling the output per turn means a lot more agent processes doing a lot more work and therefore, a lot more slowness.
