If you're getting the character refusing to act (not the bot speaking out of character), even one normally good with NSFW, it can get stuck on refusal and you'll need to go back to when they first showed obvious signs they weren't "into it" so to speak, and edit or regenerate the message until they seem more willing (even if some reluctance fits the character, you should see descriptors hinting they "really" want whatever is happening or are at least curious)
