Just a warning, though: don't try to re-verify too much in too little time, try once a day (or once every two days) untill C.Ai determines you're an adult, and if even after all those steps you're still flagged as a minor, then you're either underage (or are verifying your age wrongly, remember that for both face and ID lightning has to be very clear, ideally you should put your ID on a white paper so the picture is clearer) or it's a bug and you should either speak to C.Ai or try until the bug is fixed
