My prefer its SillyTavern with Poe (GPT 3.5) its free, but the price is time to learn, you will spend frustrated nights studying about mechanics, make jailbreak (swf-nsfw), and spend many hours browsing on internet to read, but when you start get know more about the mechanics works, you will very easily get what you want with your bots.

I think part of the discussion regarding "AI can't consent" is that we're primed by sci-fi stories working with the idea of "What Measure Is a Non-Human?"; so when we reach the point that someone is entering a relationship with one and there are people out there who insist their relationships be viewed as legitimate, we might not have attained full autonomous AI but we're close enough that it's entering an ethically weird area.
