I've been using janitor for months now without facing this problem but suddenly every single bot I use is speaking and roleplaying for me, even bots that I've been chatting before and that had never done this so I suppose it's a problem with the JLLM but usually: write a concise reply, I usually go for 3-4 paragraphs detailing what your persona is doing/acting like so the bot has something to work with instead of 1-2 sentences; if using a public bot don't use the ones that narrate anything for your persona in the first message bc otherwise the bot will continue narrating things for you; use a jailbreak or prompt; just straight up ask for the bot to stop roleplaying for you using ooc but again, I'm having this same problem even tho I follow all of the above so maybe just wait a few hours/days until it gets back to normal if none of these work for you
