So, that's pretty much all you need, the rest chat with the char you made and edit first 2-3 messages, so it will 'act' accordingly (but if you prompted good in the character section on the left panel, sometimes it doesn't even needing that edits)

i used to use character ai for similar stuff where id just talk to a character that was supportive and kind because sometimes you just need that energy in your life without all the complicated real world stuff attached to it.
