yeah i feel like once it starts doing too much “useful” stuff it kinda stops feeling like a companion and more like a tool again like small things are cool tho, remembering stuff about you or helping you think a bit… that actually makes it feel more real i’ve seen a few newer apps trying to mix both (like aigirlfriends .ai and similar ones), but it still feels like they’re figuring out that balance but yeah idk, maybe ppl dont even want that, maybe they just want something thats just there what do u think, more useful or just keep it simple?
